Format

Presentations will be divided into 3–4 topical sessions per day.

An overview of the main topics (10 minutes) will be given by invited speakers. This is followed by oral presentations of submitted abstracts in each session. For these talks, the speaking time will be 8 minutes plus 2 minutes for discussion.

Oral Presentations

All presentations should be prepared in a 16:9 format.

All speakers are requested to include a slide, disclosing conflicts of interest at the beginning of their presentation.

Please bring your presentation file on a USB Memory stick and load it on one of the congress computers in the conference room at least 1 hour before the start of the session.

Alternatively, you may supply your own laptop computer. In such a case your presentation time will be 6 minutes maximum.

Poster Session

Posters should be printed in landscape orientation on A0 size (W1189 x H841mm) or W48' x H36' poster size by the start of the first poster session on Friday. The corresponding author of the poster has to be present in front of the poster during the designated poster session.
